• The Independent Review of Papua New Guinea's Universities (commissioned by the Prime Ministers of Australia and PNG) - advice to the Review by undertaking a needs analysis of PNG higher education and a review of university courses and curricula (in association with the Australian Council for Educational Research).
• Monash University - consultants to the Marketing and Student Recruitment Review.
• Monash University - advice to the Vice-Chancellor on strategic directions for the University in response to the appointment of a new Vice-Chancellor and the new higher education policy environment.
• Australian Catholic University, National - advice to the Vice-Chancellor on strategic directions for growth and the most appropriate use of the University's Sydney campuses.
• Australian Catholic University, National - strategic advice to the Vice-Chancellor on an alternative structure for the University's leadership team.
• Australian Centre for Health Research – advice on developing a discussion paper to influence negotiation of the 2008 Australian Health Care Agreements.
• Australian Council for Private Education and Training – advice and lobbying to gain FEE-HELP support for its member institutions and, following the government’s approval, on the implementation of the decision.
• Victoria University - strategic advice on a new vision for health education and training.
• Victoria University and the University of Melbourne - explore the most appropriate relationships in health and education between the two universities to maximise their complementary capabilities and provide advice on the most effective collaborative partnerships to achieve this.
• RMIT University - strategic advice on student recruitment campaign (in association with Royce Communications).
• The University of Melbourne - strategic advice on new developments; commercialisation; strategic directions; international projects; medical education; the closure of Melbourne University Private.
• Melbourne University Private - strategic advice on the University's application to retain university status.

• Xavier College, Melbourne - development and implementation of a new vision for the College; restructuring its management and teaching structures; review of fund-raising and marketing, capital development, performance appraisal and enterprise bargaining.
